Maturity levels I - V

Maturity evaluation

Independent performance management system evaluation conducted by GPA Unit, aligned with IPMMM and GPAU-IS-91.000:2025.
Positions the organization on the five-level maturity scale, surfacing strengths and areas for improvement.
Performed by GPAU Accredited Assessors using standardized criteria across all five capabilities.
Certificates of recognition issued for overall system maturity and specific capability areas.
Foundational milestone required for certification and award eligibility.

Maturity levels IV - V

Standards conformity

Granted by GPA Unit and GPAU Institute for Standards and Accreditation to evaluated entities upon completing the Recognized assessment and achieving maturity level IV or V.
Confirms conformity with capability-specific standards (GPAU-IS-91.001-101 to -601).
Signals adherence to GPAU international standards through an independent assessment journey.
Credential comparable in rigor to internationally recognized certification systems.
