GPAU Assessor Accreditation Pathway

Stage 1

Professional Certification

Completion of the Certified Strategy and Performance Maturity Assessment Professional course, exam and assignments

Stage 2

Practitioner Certification

Simulation-based evaluation using GPAU's proprietary methodology and toolkit on real-case scenarios. Review and validation are performed by a GPAU Accreditation Mentor.

GPAU Accredited Assessor

Specialist Level

Upon completing the accreditation process, the candidate is awarded the GPAU Accredited Assessor - Specialist Level title for the simulated capability, marking their formal entry into the GPAU Accredited Assessors community.

GPAU Accredited Assessor Expertise Levels

Specialist Level Guided implementation of assessments Early-stage accredited assessors who demonstrate the ability to apply GPAU methodology in real assessment contexts under guidance, ensuring consistent delivery. Requires supervision form the GPAU Accreditation Mentor.

Senior Level Independent delivery, methodological consistency Experienced assessors capable of independently conducting maturity assessments, ensuring consistency and reliable insights across engagements.

Expert Level Complex assessment engagements & high-quality outputs Highly experienced assessors who manage complex assessments, provide advanced insights, and contribute to maintaining consistency and quality across multiple engagements

Master Level Leadership, mentoring and performance excellence Senior leaders in the assessor community who oversee complex programs, mentor other assessors, and uphold the highest standards of quality and methodological integrity.
